Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://kingdomtrz.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Kingdom Tree Services reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.
Service Description. This Site describes Tree Removal Service, Stump Grinding, Tree Trimming, Land Clearing, Stump Removal, Tree Pruning, Emergency Tree Removal, Tree Cutting Service provided by Kingdom Tree Services. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.
Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.
IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Kingdom Tree Services or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.
Account Closure. Kingdom Tree Services reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.
No Warranties. Kingdom Tree Services disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Kingdom Tree Services's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
Hold Harmless. You will indemnify Kingdom Tree Services against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by SC law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in SC for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
